Carol Ann Wasko, CPA, partner and business advisor, provides tax compliance and consulting services to individuals, closely held businesses, and corporations. Carol’s strong research and analytical skills allow her to develop creative tax strategies to meet each individual client’s goals. She focuses on navigating small-midsize business owners through the maze of tax and regulatory requirements, offering suggestions, and putting ideas into action.
Prior to establishing The Cornerstone Group, Carol Ann was the Tax Director of a publicly traded bank. Her experience also includes many years at a Big Four Accounting Firm as well as managing the corporate tax department of a local firm.
